What counts as one free use?
Each AI tool (Plan Decoder, Goal Planner, Jargon Buster, Support Letter Generator) gives you one complete run on the free plan — that's one full output, including the PDF download. Budget Calculator and Glossary are always unlimited. After your free use, you'll need a Pack or Annual plan to use that AI tool again.
Can I use the tools without signing up?
Yes. You can browse and try the tools without an account. Signing up (still free) lets us track your free uses and keep your generated PDFs accessible. We never ask for payment details on the free plan.
What happens when my 30-day Pack expires?
Nothing dramatic. Your account returns to the free plan — your previously downloaded PDFs are still yours to keep. You can buy another Pack whenever you need it, or upgrade to Annual. There's no auto-charge on the Pack.
What are the upcoming tools for Annual members?
The Plan Review Checklist is next in our roadmap (Phase 4, post-launch). Annual Companion members will get early access before it becomes available to other tiers.
