The NDIS funds life-changing supports for over 700,000 Australians. But navigating it — understanding your plan, preparing for reassessments, knowing what you can spend — is harder than it should be. The system was built for administrators, not participants.

PlanMind is different: when you use ReAssess to prepare for your reassessment, it can import what you've already done in any other tool — so you're not re-entering everything from scratch.

Use Plan Decoder to understand your current plan, Budget Calculator to see how your funding was used, and Goal Planner to document your goals. When you start your reassessment prep in ReAssess, it picks up where you left off — no re-entering data, no starting from scratch.
Your data is yours
Trust matters most when you're sharing sensitive health and disability information. Here's exactly how we handle it:
- ✓Your plan content is never stored. When you upload a plan to the Plan Decoder, it is processed privately and discarded as soon as your summary is returned.
- ✓Your personal information is never sold or shared without your consent. What you enter stays between you and PlanMind.
- ✓Sensitive information is always optional. Tools work without it — sharing more only personalises your experience.
- ✓Every tool has a free use. No credit card needed to try anything.
- ✓You can delete everything. Any saved goals, drafts, or data can be removed from your account at any time.
Who built PlanMind
PlanMind was built by Rounak Shrivastava, an AI and Data practitioner at a Big 4 consulting firm and founder who saw how much friction participants face navigating the NDIS — and how few tools were genuinely built for them.
Working with large organisations, Rounak saw first-hand how enterprise-grade AI and data platforms transform the way people navigate complexity. Those tools exist for corporations with six-figure budgets. PlanMind takes the same integrated, intelligence-driven model and makes it accessible to every NDIS participant — free to try and affordable to keep.
